By completing your enrollment, you agree to the following:

1. Tuition & Payment

  • Program tuition is $4,400.00 USD.
  • A Pay-in-Full Option is available at $4,400.00 USD upfront.
  • A Payment Plan Option is $997.00 deposit + 4 monthly payments of $997.00 ($4,985.00 total).
  • Payment plans carry no discount and must be completed in full unless cancelled under Section 2.

2. Refund Policy

  • You have 24 hours from enrollment to request a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • If you are on a payment plan, you may cancel future payments only. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.

3. Tripwire Clause 

  • Accessing any module beyond Module 0 (Introduction) constitutes full acceptance of this policy and forfeits all refund rights.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course content is proprietary to MudMasters LLC.
  • Recording, duplication, distribution, or login sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • IP and device monitoring is enforced. Violations will result in termination of access without refund and may trigger legal action.

5. Chargebacks

  • By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks except in cases of proven fraud.
  • Any dispute will result in immediate access termination and referral to collections for the full outstanding balance.

6. Access Period

  • Program access is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.
  • Extensions or renewals require a separate agreement with MudMasters LLC.

7. Collections & Default

  • Missed or declined payments must be remedied within 5 business days.
  • Failure to cure default may result in suspension of access and referral to collections for the full outstanding balance.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
  • Venue for disputes shall be Orange County, Florida.

9. Career Disclaimer

  • Completion of this Program does not guarantee employment or contract offers.
  • Career guidance and placement assistance are provided, but outcomes depend on individual performance and external market conditions.

10. Technology Requirements

  • Students are responsible for maintaining adequate internet, device, and software to access course materials.
  • No refunds will be issued due to technical limitations on the student’s end.

11. Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
